esidential community just a short walk or drive from Sun Valley, Ketchum or the Ski Mountain (Baldy), Sun Valley Summit is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and is within walking distance to the
free shuttle which stops right out front of the complex. The Summit complex is also within walking distance from the newly built grocery store, post office and restaurant. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. Sun Valley has added a new gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain scheduled to open November 2009.

This upscale two level ground floor residence is a perfect, cozy spot for two couples or a family of 6-8. The decor is focused on comfort and warmth. The well appointed sofa and loveseat face a river rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room and sliding glass doors lead out to a large rear deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains.
The tile entryway leads to the open kitchen and
breakfast nook areas. Sleeping areas include king and bunk beds and two full bathrooms creating separate, private areas for guests. Free, underground parking garage is available a short walk away from your private front door entrance. Living room has 30"TV, 5 disc. DVD/CD player. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen has casual dining for 3-4 people, Big bay window and wet bar next to dining area. Access to small private deck with Gas BBQ grill. Laundry room with full size W/D is located on main level and has a place to store skis. 1/2 bath is located next to laundry room.
Second Floor
Master bedroom located upstairs has King bed, 30"TV/DVD/VCR and River rock fireplace with high ceilings. There is also a small private deck with chaise lounge and foothill views to savor. Master bath has sunken jetted tub, Shower and private dry sauna. Second bedroom also located upstairs has queen bunk beds, cozy furnishings and breathtaking view of Dollar Mountain. Has access to full size bath with regular tub/shower off hallway. At the top of the stairs there is a set of built in, split log bunk beds... perfect for children!

Amenities
This "cottage" style residence sits just a few feet from 8 tennis courts and Village regulation swimming pool/jacuzzi/steam room. Nice private setting surrounding by landscaping and open views in all directions, including Dollar Mountain. There are lockers at the base of the Mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus right out front of the complex. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well.
